Because Customer Service, That’s Why.

So, being ex-retail at this point I have strong opinions about customer service. Mostly those strong feelings are strong feelings of empathy for people serving customers.

That said, this is just a quick post to introduce you to 2 of my favorite diverting blogs – which are 100% plausible.

The Bitter Barista catalogs life from the perspective of a barista. A barista that is bitter. And doesn’t feel the need to pretend. It’s been one of my favorites for a while

How May We Hate You is all from the perspectives of two hotel concierges in Times Square. And these tourists/muckity mucks are also 100% plausible.
